We live in a world in which complacency and long standing reliability without enhancement is no longer tolerated. This is not necessarily a bad notion for businesses to have.
Why has this happened?
Simple. Technology. The rate in which technology has advanced is astronomical…literally, in fact, since we are in the age of the space race yet again.
With that said, the event space has a huge opportunity to embrace change and adapt due to the experiences of 2020. It’s not only about making events safer but really about making them better.
Normal is overrated, let’s be honest. Normal wasn’t all that great. We can always see the bright side and optimism in everything but we have a chance to adapt and be better.
